How to book a shoot

Here are the four steps necessary for booking a modeling portfolio shoot at our studio.
Call or email us. First contact, general information. Planning for a meeting.


Discussion about the shoot (free): (If you can’t make it to our studio personally for this meeting, we can have our meeting over the phone.).

We will cover:

  • the best package for your needs, and how a typical photo session feels like.
  • the style you wish to have, and what cloths you have available. (bring some pictures from magazines, or email us pictures from the web ahead of time to best describe the styles you like)
  • the type of makeup we will do

… and of course make an appointment for a shoot if you decide to go forward.
Pay your deposit. A 50% deposit is required to secure your shoot date. (direct bank deposit ABN AMRO/ING, paypal, or directly at the first meeting.)
Confirm. After your deposit is received, we will confirm with you that your shoot is booked.

Cancellation policy
You must give 3 days notice before the agreed date if you wish to rebook your shoot. If you do not give 3 days notice, your deposit will be lost. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to another shoot as long as you have given at least 3 days notice of cancellation.
